Which One to Use When

  1. Deciding what to test. Fill in the scoping questionnaire, and send it to us or to any vendor you are asking.
  2. Asking several vendors. Use the request for proposal template, and give each vendor the same completed copy so the quotes compare.
  3. Choosing. Score the replies on the vendor scorecard, and read the guide that explains each line.
  4. Getting ready. Work through the pre-test checklist with your team before the kickoff call, and hand it to the tester.
