What to include in your inquiry

A short inquiry is fine, but a few details let us scope the work in one conversation rather than several.

  • Scope. What needs testing: application URLs, the mobile apps and platforms, the APIs, the IP ranges or the Active Directory domains, and roughly how many user roles an application has.
  • Timeline. The date you need the report by, and any windows when testing can or cannot run.
  • Environments. Whether testing should happen in staging, in production or both, and where the systems are hosted, such as your own servers or a cloud account.
  • Compliance requirement. Whether the test is for SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, the DPDP Act or a customer's security questionnaire, and what your auditor or customer has asked to see.

Please do not paste passwords, access keys, tokens or other secrets into the form, an email or a chat message. Test credentials are exchanged through a secure channel once the scope is agreed.
