Who we are

What we collect
- The engagement request form: your name, company, work email, role, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), the scope and timeline you pick, and your brief.
- With the form we also receive the page you sent it from, the website that referred you, and any campaign tags in the address.
- If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we receive what you send and your contact details.
- Our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and time of each request) for security and troubleshooting.
berry9.com does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we switch on analytics we will update this page first.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, scope and quote an engagement, and send a draft statement of work.
- To keep a record of that conversation.
- To stop spam and abuse of the form.
We use your details because you gave them to us by sending the form or contacting us. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see below).
Who sees it
- Our team, who answer enquiries.
- Formspree, the form service that receives what you submit and emails it to us. It handles that data under its own policy and may process it outside India.
- Our email provider, and WhatsApp if you message us there.
- Google, which serves the fonts this site uses: your browser contacts Google when a page loads, so Google sees your IP address and browser details.
We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. Information we receive while testing your systems is handled under your engagement agreement (NDA available on request), not under this notice.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to respond and to keep business records of any engagement that follows, then delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw your consent, and complain to us. Email contact@berry9.com with the subject "Privacy request". We will confirm receipt and tell you what we did.
Security
Forms on berry9.com are sent over HTTPS. Please do not put passwords, access keys or other secrets in the brief; we will ask for what we need through a secure channel once we agree the scope.
Children
berry9.com is for businesses. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this notice changes, we change the date at the top. This version is dated 30 October 2026.
